That is not "in" windows xp , since you are telneting out to a remote host.

Yeah, I was very confused when I saw the title, since I didn't think M$ would do something like that, luckily as you said, its not in Windows at all (and me, being a linux guy, can watch it too!)
This actually reminds me of something a friend did. He had a computer he was running as a general web server (doing all sorts of stuff), and he had set it up so that he could stream any video, low bandwidth, to a terminal in ascii, using the aalib library. There wasn't any sound either, but it was a very entertaining thing to do, because when you're looking at a black console screen, seeing random commands get typed, the last thing you expect is for THRILLER to suddenly pop up.
Very very old. And like a few other people said it isn't "IN" windows. Isn't that obvious since you have to type a domain?
