When editing in the registry if not carefull something could go very wrong.




Therefore it's smart to have a backup of the registry.


To do this go into the registry editer. Type in regedit in the search bar and press ok to let this program make changes to the computer.


Now right click on the key or subkey you wanna back up and pres export.


Name the file what you wanna call you back up and you're done.


To make a back up of the whole registry you need to left click "My Computer" or "Computer" and press export.


This file might be on up to a few hundred mega bytes.
