I wonder then why when i use proxy i have working registation page?....

That would be because the real ip connecting to BCG through a proxy is not your own.

It seems not all brazilians are banned, some providers are not banned it seems...
Anyways, anyone has worked this out through a free proxy? It has to be one that is able to show the captcha and stuff...

For those with 404 error message, well its something like ban ip but only on registration page. You have to use proxy, do this: in firefox-tools, options, advanced, network, setting, click on manual configuration proxy and set use this proxy for all protocols. Ok, now search on google list of public proxy, and first four results should be ok to start with, just set ip and port numbers, try different zones, this works 100% tested or use this Ctunnel.com will protect your anonymity on the internet, helping you evade url and ip filters! im not sure if this it works 100% but worth to try you can use also with check4change addon wich is awesome. Well i was wondering this forum is for open trackers i looked into signing up not that i want an account i have no use for it but just to check if it was open (which is not) so i ask my self why is thread still open? After all isn't it for for sites that are open now not sites that will open in the future? If that was the case every single site will be posted here on this forum because lets face it it will be open sometime in the future eventually.

You are right about the fact, that this thread should only be used for trackers currently open.

The problem with BCG is that it opens everytime users get pruned from the tracker, which can happen multiple times a day. What happens is that a few slots open up, which get taken pretty quickly.

So a user might confuse it with a general open signup and create a thread about it here, as BGC doesn't state anything about these "hidden signups" on their page.

The intention of the original poster wasn't false at all, as the tracker has been open at the time. He just couldn't realize that it has been only for a few seconds. The thread changed into a discussion on how to deal with this signup-system, so maybe it is in the wrong section by now.

Although, it is useful to people that want the tracker, and if it gets moved, then it will go back through the pages pretty quickly.

A sticky would do the trick, but it probably will not happen.
