Thank you. Two trackers with review are good.

But registration for BestMMAtorrents.com is quite bad.
It needs to do some kind of survey before registering an account.
It shows that survey is not available in my country.
So I use proxy to do it.

The so-called survery is basically something about ad.
There are some options. Install something(software or other things) or fill in some forms.
(need to key in valid postal code and phone number)
I try several times and install a media player(VLC)...
After installation is done. I then register an accountant in this tracker.
It's kind of risky and needs to close antivirus program before installation.
It's inconvenient...

That sounds a little more than inconvenient. Asking you to close your antivirus program before installation should set off alarm bells for anyone. I don't want to take the chance and find out on my own, but I wouldn't be surprised if their software comes bundled with some sort of spyware or virus... Do whatever you can to not install their software.
