Not a tracker...
UTS not a tracker and not have torrent files and file indexes.
It's just only a forum site with some threads about torrenting, acc changing, buying or selling invites to closed private trackers.
They have tracker lists (mainly for Hungarian ones) and they sync freereg and freeleech status from other sites for private trackers.
Nothing else.
