    ah!
    it remains open for registrations whenever it is online, as do MOST good bollywood trackers. but they require donation for full access to torrents. here is the nasty message i get on signing up (edit: and try to download a film torrent) at BwT :

    BwT registration is always open for new members. The main thing is you want to pay 10$ to get full access to torrents.

    I registered there back in 2008 paying $10 or $15 as donation. I've maintained a very good ratio with hundreds of gigs of upload. But I was inactive there for some time. They now want me to pay $10 to get full access back. Now I'm happy with TPB.
