I think this is the 1st time it has opened since it took in ex Pi sexy members. Pretimes are quite good, speeds are decent, with many seedbox users from seed.st



Cyber Weekend open signups/double donation and new severely relaxed ratio requirements
We have decided to adopt a much simpler and easier to attain ratio requirement for new users.
The new requirements are as follows:
1. There are no ratio requirements until you download 10GB.
2. After 10GB, you are required to maintain a 0.6 ratio or you will be warned.
3. If you are warned, you will have 2 weeks to fix your ratio or you will be banned.
4. The 'User' class no longer has a minimum download/upload requirement, you must simply be a member for 2 weeks and have a minimum 0.6 ratio.
5. All other classes have not changed their requirements
