I can open the signup site, but I cant signup. I get the 404 error, used chrome and EI.

The page http://speed.cd/signup.php is there, but the file you are directed too after submiting http://speed.cd/takesignup.php
is not there. 9/16/11. prob their way of stopping sign ups was to rename, delete or move the file
Also on the home page if you click sign up they say they are closed.
