No freeleech - Seedbox a must and you can't use certain BT clients - tough tracker to use at first (Read The Rules) - worth the hassle tho

When I signed up a few months ago I couldn't use I E - got error - try FF or Chrome - hope this helps

You IP is probably banned. Maybe because your country is banned or may also be result because you have ever lost an account there.
