It gives me error too. I'm registered in the tracker, but I've been trying to get a friend in, so I follow any news releated to the tracker opening. Be aware tough, they're about to launch 7.0 version, so open sign ups might be on the horizon.

if anyone misses the signup keep an eye out for it in the opentracker tab thats how I caught it and got in
