There are few programs/vst's i use to make my tracks sound better.I'm quite satisfied with Ableton's built in plugins.
Honestly, i never found one vst that can do it all, and since i have average pc they have monstrous impact on my poor 2.6Ghz dual-core processor.
The best guide so far that i found is Sonic Academy Mastering video tutorials (if you use Ableton)
Yes i use Ableton.But its not verry good to eq-ing....They r more complex Cubase or better Logic studio.
I spoke to a guy that is involved with producing music. This was several years ago and when i asked him software do you use he said that he is working with Reason. About mastering compressing he said he is using hardware to work things out.
