Dunno if you count it because you said no mixes (although it is an original composition, just a very long one) but my longest thing that I think conforms to your rules (HUSH THE FUCK UP VOL IV is my longest at 55:32 but it's a dubstep mix) would be All Day: Nike+ Original Run by Aesop Rock (44:49). If you don't count that then: Pendulous Skin by Mastadon is 22:16.

I don't know exactly because my media player doesn't have a feature in which I can sort everything by track length, but the longest one I can think of offhand is "Säteily / Radiation" by Pan Sonic, which is 1:01:14.

But it has a 9 minute pause in the middle, so it doesn't really count.
