definitely Tupac Shakur was the best of the two, do not get me wrong biggie had skills but pac was the master
only the shadow knows the evil in the heart of men
2pac simply had ambition. He wanted to make 1000s of songs. he also had something to say which was (almost always) important.
Biggie had the skills however. His flow and his rhymes were a lot better than 2pacs. Just that he didnt always talk about important social issues or whatever, although songs like Juicy do reflect on that a bit.
So to sum up:
2pac: A grafter, he worked hard
Biggie: Just naturally talented.
I'm like you, I like them both but biggie has to get it for his natural talent. That and although 2pac may have 10x more hits, he also made 20x more songs so as a percentage he wasn't as good in that respect
Tupac Shakur was the best and will always be the best
2PAC ...maybe because haved more carrer from BIG!And BIG dint maked manny tracks as 2pac.
