I don't listen to much folk metal, but I did see Ensiferum play live earlier this year. Fintroll, Borknagar, Vintersorg and Agalloch are worth a listen if you like that sort of thing.

I'm not a great fan of viking metal but i have couple of folk metal bands in my collection.
Cruachan - Irish/Celtic metal band
Lumsk - Norse Mythology/Folk Themes
Lyriel - one of my favorite bands.

i like moonsorrow(almost all songs)used to like eluveitie and korpiklaani,but now they are releasing albums every year,which are not as good as the first ones,too mainstream.I'm surprised no one mentioned arkona and primordial,i also like some tracks from finntroll,falkenbach,trollfest(very funny band),in extremo,agalloch etc
