Thread: Where were you when you learned of Michael Jacksons passing?

I saw it the news thinking it was a joke

I heard it on the news...it was on all the channels for 2-3 days...very sad...may he rest in peace

i was at my graduation party. so sad :[

I was at home watching the news after I heard that he was in the hospital
I was really surprised... really sad.. especially since he was working on his new album

i was walking with my friend and he told me that micheal jackson is dead but at these days i did`t care about it but now i am a big fan

I was sitting at a friends house having a barbeque. Her mom called and told us to turn on the news. At that point he was still in a coma, or at least he hadn't yet been pronounced dead. It's a shame really. I always loved his music.

After my work i just arrive home and i turn on the TV all the chan. saw MJ(THE GOD)!
He was a gifted man!!

TBH I have no idea where I was or what I was doing, and I'm not a massive fan although some of his stuff was ok(imho obviously). Curt Cobain's death probably had a greater impact on me.
