Thread: Lasershow... because lasers are just so awesome

Hello, i was wondering if any of you guys has some experience with lasers or lasershow, so i could share my thoughts with someone.

If so, do you use DMX or ILDA lasers for your shows and if ILDA, which software do you use? Laserworld Showeditor, Showtacle Moncha, Pangolin, ...?

I am just starting in this field so i can't give out much advice, instead i'd like to get some good ideas from you =) So far i've got one 100mW green DMX laser with 5000pps and one 400mW RGY ILDA laser with 50000pps.



As for software, for DMX i use Music Visualization Lite and for ILDA Moncha (as you can see these are just semi-professional utilities).

but i'm working on a synchronized show in Moncha so i'll post some other video with this show but it's really elaborate as about 3:40 min. of the show took me whole weekend, so i expect the remaining 5:12 min. to be done sometime within a week.

Ok, the show is finished as i discovered the copy-paste feature of the show editor, doubling the effects is a lot quicker now =)

I'll put up the video next weekend when i come back home because i don't have the laser projector here.
