Broken Social Scene is definitely top of the list for me. The Aussie band Regurgitator comes in a very close second, and the Beastie Boys are third. After that, I'd have to say an intimate performance by the jazz drummer Billy Cobham.

New Years Eve. 1994 Nine Inch Nails, they played until 1am.
Best sound surprisingly was Depeche Mode back in early 2000's, I had heard the sound from the 90's tours were not that great but this tour was spot on with sound.
sevendust, in 2005. Was my first concert, was very nice.
The band cold was also on there.
