Default Shakira is it the Voice or the Moves that make her famous

Shakira Latin American singer that has famous songs such as Hips Don't Lie, Whenever where ever, Objection (Tango), and Underneath your Clothes Now my question to you all is

    1. Do you like her music?
    2. Do you think she is famous for her voice or her Moves (Those Hips)?

I like Shakira very much I always had and I started listening to her since she sang in spanish. Sometimes you cant understand what she is saying but she has a unique voice. To answer my own questions Yes i do like her music and I think it is both her voice and moves that make her great.

Actually learned to respect Shakira quite a lot when I read her Wikipedia profile. She doesn't just sing and dance, but she writes and produces as well as being very prolific in multiple languages. To top that, she does a huge amount of charity work and is quite the philanthropist.

Doesn't hurt that she's got some tasty curves too.

Never really followed or listened to her, but from what I've seen..it's the hips.

I actually fell in love with her music when I saw her MTV unplugged performance in Spanish and I'd have to say I'm pretty sure it's her voice that rocketed her to fame in the latin world. But I reckon that it's her moves that made her so famous in the west and I have to say I'm quite disappointed by the way her music has gone, I wish she'd go back to her Latin roots more.
