Well, here's a tip for you all. Check out the CDs by Vassilis Tsabropoulos, especially "Melos" (the most jazzy of his albums). All his CDs are excellent and I absolutely love each and every one of them. Besides "melos", I'd recommend "Chants, hymns and dances" (not really jazz, but beautiful nonetheless).

These two CDs really are among my all-time favorites. Here's a track from Melos..
