Thread: What computer software do you use to make music?

I use fruity loop

i think Reason 4 is the best software, although i have seen a software for download at Iptorrents which size was 50 gbs, it had everything needed to make a song or track, every sample, effect, part, sound etc
I just dont remember the name

Katallani, isn't it Logic Pro 8? I got it from Brokenstones and it was around 46GB. It's great, has great loops and samples, right in the bundle. I use that one, Reason a bit, and also Sibelius 5 for scoring.

Acid and CoolEditPro mainly. Once I graduate I'll have more time to sit down and start making music again. Probably look in to Cubase and the like.

Reason 4 / cubase / renoise 2 / protools

Fruity Loops, my uncle uses it to make his drum and bass beats...but i think ill try some of the other ones you said

Traktor for mixing and making dj sets :)

GarageBand and Audacity. I know, crap, but I only record my guitar riffs and add some drumming so.... yeah.
