Check out Gonga for a nice mix of stoner and grunge. I also like a lot of the acid rock from the 60s and the revival in the 70s. My friend Jack, anyone?

Queens of the Stone Age tends to be lyrically about drugs and is kind of trancy at times, so I would go with them should I want to get loaded. Beyond salvia (which is legal), alcohol, and cigarettes, there isn't much in the way of drugs I'd want to do.
