My god that was a bad one what a waist of $8.00 i paid to see it.

District 9 is a bad movie? are you joking? i think that movie was as good as The Hurt Locker, which came out the same year.

I saw district 9 and i could never finsih it. I thought it was boring.

I was younger then, but my friends and I had some alcoholic beverages first (this was in 1996, wow! long time ago) and then we went to a film festival showing of this movie at midnight. We sat in the theater, found out it it was in Japanese with English subtitles... lasted about 20 minutes and we walked out. We had no idea what was going on in the movie! It was terrible!

We still had a good time though! That might of been because of the drinks we had before hand. :)

I'm generally very lucky about avoiding too bad films but I recently watched Skyline (although I knew what I was doing). It's just terrible :P The only moment that kept me interested was the attack of one of the spaceships with a nuke.
