I'm looking for specific site to watch TV online which has an English subtitleon each episode

Seriously? Those kinds of sites are really, really hard just to break even.

so there isn't one already exist ? or do you know anything related to that like movies anime ?

No, I believe -- don't quote me on this though -- that a big reason would be that the subtitle info is seperate from the main video file -- its stored in the overall VOB container, which takes up a lot more space.

So because of bandwidth, uploading a bigger VOB file and streaming it is hardly economical. The subtitle info isn't stored in the main avi or divx file.

I saw some movies on megavideo with English subtitle I think it's possible that a site already exists but I need to look more ....
I think also Rmvb movies can be uploaded with little space and a subtitle with the original one ,don't you think?
