Default What was the last movie you saw in the theater and when was it?

I was viewing some other threads and was trying to remember last movie I saw in the theater. Honestly I don't remember, it's been so long. I think it was The Village about 4-5+ years ago. Pretty sad I know.

How about you? What was the last movie and when did you see it?

Ah, The Village. I also saw that in the theaters. The ending made me so mad that I started a personal boycott of M. Night Shyamalan's movies. I briefly ended it when friends badgered me to go see The Happening. That sucked even worse than The Village.

Anyway, to answer your question, last movie I saw in theaters was Kick-Ass about a week ago. I enjoyed it for what it was and would give it ***1/2 out of five.

The last movie I saw was clash of the titans, Your basic mythological action flic. Some decent cgi. The only thing that saved it for me was that I paid the extra money to see it in the new dbox seats in a theater in Toronto, ect base from speakers in the seats and they vibrate during action scenes and move and pivot to match camera angles and stuff. Movie gets 3 ***'s seats puch the experience to 4 ***'s

The last Movie I saw at the cinema was Avatar. I watched it in 2D first just to make sure I didn't miss anything, I then went to see it 2 days later in 3D because I enjoyed it that much. I have watched it a further 3 times since I first watched it at Christmas.

Avatar was the first movie I saw in 3d, loved the experience. Not enough to fork out the dough for a new 3d tv but loved it just the same :)

Just saw the new Nightmare on Elm Street in theaters last weekend. Couple friends wanted to go see it. It was ok... nothing great.

I just saw the Losers on its second weekend out in theatres. Even though it looks like a rip-off from the upcoming A-Team, I have to say, the Losers was more than just an entertaining movie. I actually thought it was witty, clever, and definitely exciting. I would rate it a 6.5/10.
