they should've stopped it at season 1 and all of us would be complaining how they should've let it run forever. That was the best Season 1 ever.

If you like good dramas, check this one out called Sports Night. It's about a drama about a cast and crew from a SportsCenter/Fox Sports competitor. The writer also wrote Westwing.

Lost is one of my favourite shows of all time.

I can see where the ending would bother some people, but I liked the ending. I thought it wrapped things up rather nicely.

lost started great, in the mid it got lost as i think they extended to gain profits, and last season was cool too.

The ending was horrible. It reminded me of original Evangelion anime where the writers kept going forward but could not tie all the loose ends together and made a very bad ending where you had 2 episode of Shinji sitting naked questioning life, love, etc. with no connection to the actual story what so ever.

Same here. The ending never really answered the question of the Island, Dharma, etc. So maybe the writers wanted to keep it open and up for discussion, but to me it looked like they couldn't figure out how to tie everything up.

I was not happy watching the last "All crew go to heaven" episode.
I want answers! and I want them now!

Lost was one of the best series ever. I've chased new episodes for 6 years, from 2004 to 2010. The ending wasn't the best but it was still ok. I personally don't think they couldn't figure how to tie up things; I think they wanted to end it like they did.
