I think its pretty ordinary that cops and heroes beat the crap out of the bad guys to get whatever information they want (e.g. Dark Knight)
It's also common to see other sorts of breaking the rules for a good cause.
This is often portrayed as the right thing to do.
    (All my opinion of course)

    Do you agree with me?
What do you think of this? Do you think these scenes encourage real people to do that?
    Is that a good thing?

Personally I think its crap. The prohibition against using violence in interrogation is there for a very good reason. It undermines everyones right to a trial. Also research shows that people will say what they think the interrogaters want to hear, truth or not.

thats a one-sided opinion as far as i think.. i mean the last three lines i absolutely agree with you but you know showing some heroes in films do not just make people to do the same...i mean come on..no one is a batman or a spiderman here..but it brings some sense among people to fight for what's thier right to have...ofc to a limited extent too.. so here i just party agree with you.. you know both the things go side by side.. not much of either of them
