Thread: Paranormal Activity - Overrated?

i was a bit scared, but it wasnt as bad as i thought itd be

i thought for a low budget movie they did very well

I didn't find it scary, although I wished I had watched it with friends on the big screen, I'm sure I would have been a lot more scared and that probably would have been a lot of fun.

The ending the showed in the theaters was awful, however the original version made that movie a million times better. I'd say the original version has to be the best horror/suspense movie that came out in the past 10 years.

I've saw the movie and i think is the worst movie of horror i've seen.

frightening is our reality, this clash of nations, the wars for power, it scares me more than the horror depicted in the movie, which to me is more fiction ...

Yeah, hmm... I was really scared of this movie. I know right, Im such a B***H but I was totatlly in the movie. I mean, I wanted to believe it, so I put myself in the movie with a opened heart. What got me the most first was the, white baby powder and the ground. When I saw the footprints........ Goosebumps. Also when she went downstairs, and came back up and threw the boyfriend at the camera........ Scary......... I dont think it was overhyped......

I think a buddy of mine said it best. It plays on specific fears and depending on your beliefs and can be quite scary. I think over all it was just a very creepy movie with a lot of startle moments. I saw it in the theater which would make it more effective. By the end of the movie I could feel the adrenaline.

it was a good movie though i dont know about the alternate ending of the theatrical version, but i saw it on my pc and was a good movie within this budget range
