for movies : www.subscene.com (nour u beat me to it get outta here :p)
u can always just Google the name of the release u got e.g. Crank 2 high voltage r5 line xvid silent ninja and voila , skip some of the results of the movie download and u'll find the subtitle u needed
yeah go to subscene. Its the best.

Opensubtitles is what i use but i think ill be trying subscene soon since people say is the best.
all4divx.com - i find it better than others cause it has links to all of the main subs sites
