Ok, I've made a list with popular tv-series. It is not a top, but I listed same as I saw the ratings and snatches on trackers.
HEROES
Heroes is an American science fiction television drama series created by Tim Krin, wich premiered on NBC, on September 25, 2006. The series tells the stories of ordinary individuals from around the world who inexplicably develop superhuman abilities, and their roles in preventing disasters, usually foreseen in images produced by precognitive painters. Claire, for example, can regenerate spontaneously her body and can heal any wound, Isaac Mendez provides future, Matt Parkman is a telepat and Hiro Nakamura can in time and can teleport. The series explores the way in wich they adapt to changes and their role in preventing catastrophes and saving humanity.Series focus on “paranormal phenomena” consisting in the power they hold a number of people with special “gifts”, called heroes.Heroeshas garnered a number of awards and nominations. The series was nominated in eight categories at the 2007 Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Drama Series, and was also nominated for Best Television Series-Drama at the 2007 Golden Globes. The series won a People’s Choice Award in 2007 in the category of Best New Drama, and was named Program of the Year in 2007 by the Television Critics Association and Best International Program at the 2008 BAFTA Awards.More info: Here at TvRage
Lost
Lost is an American serial drama television series. It follows the lives of plane crash survivors on a mysterious tropical island, after a commercial passenger jet flying between Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, United States crashes somewhere in the South Pacific. For the first three seasons each episode typically featured a primary storyline on the island as well as a secondary storyline from a previous point in a character's life, though the introduction of shifts forward in time and other time-related plot devices somewhat changed this formula for the latter half of the series. The pilot episode was first broadcast on September 22, 2004 and since then four full seasons have aired, with the fifth currently in progress, and a sixth set to be the final in 2010. The show airs on the ABC Network in the United States, as well as on regional networks in many other countries.

Prison Break
Prison Break is an American serial drama television series created by Paul Scheruring, wich premiered on the Fox Broadcasting Company on August 29, 2005. The series revolves around two brothers, one who has been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit, and the other, ea genius, who devises an elaborate plan to help him escape prison. Lincon Burrows is sentenced to death for killing US Vice President’s brother and sent to Fox River prison, awaiting execution of sentence: death by electrocution. His brother, Michael Scofield, is convinced that Lincon is innocent and decides to save him. He draws an ingenious escape plan, and to enter in prison, his own arrest up: he is simulate robbing a bank and plead guilty at trial. Once convicted, is sent to the application in terms of maximum security Fox River, were is Lincon. Here begins to implement the escape, helped by the coded plan of prison that tattooed on his body. For perfect results, he needs cooperation of several prisoners, dangerous criminals.

House
House, also known as House, M.D., is an American medical drama that debuted on the Fox network on November 16, 2004. The show was created by David Shore and executive produced by Shore and film director Bryan Singer. The show revolves around Dr. Gregory House (British actor Hugh Laurie), a cynical medical genius educated at Cornell Universiti and then Johns Hopkins Medical School with an addiction to painkillers and a damaged leg arising from an incorrect diagnosism who heads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Planinsboro Teaching Hospitap (PPTH). The show’s premise was created by Shore, who got the idea for the curmudgeonly title character from a visit to a teaching hospital. Initially, Singer wanted an American to play Housem, but British actor Hugh Laurie's audition convinced him that a foreign actor could play the role. Shore wrote House as a character with parallels to Sherlock Holmes; both are forensic geniuses, musicians, drug users, aloof, and largely friendless. The show is filmed in Century City, although it takes place in New Jersey.

Dexter
Dexter is an American television drama series that airs on American premium channel Showtime. Based on Jeff Lindsay’ short stories, Showtime propose an interesting story of a serial killer. During the day, Dexter Morgan is a model employee of the Criminal Police Laboratory in Miami, but this is just a mask that hides its true identity. In reality, Dexter is a meticulously killer ( a monster and he admits) who meet the thirs for blood during the night. In the shelter of darkness, he follows and then killing criminals wich the law can’t touch, everything with care and determination.

24 is an American Serial action drama television series presented in real time. Each season depicting a 24-hour period in life of Jack Bauer, who works with the United States government as it fight domestic threats. Bauer is often in the field if the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) as they try to safeguard the nation from terrorist threats. The show also follows the actions of other CTU agents, government officials and terrorist associated with the plot. The first six seasons of the show were all based in Los Angeles and nearby locations – both real and fictional – in California, although occasionally other locations have been featured as well, most notably, Washington D.C., where a portion of the episodes took place during the fourth and sixth seasons. Departing from tradition, the seventh season is set primarily in Washington D.C.
