Thread: Opinion on the New star trek movie

never know this might be a really good movie, was happy how they redid batman

I think it will be pretty good, trailers had some good space fight scenes

trailers look ok but I am worried that all good stuff was in trailers and the rest will be just crap

The trailers I've seen are very impressive, but it's difficult for me to make judgments about a movie I've only seen small clips from.
I'm hoping that it's going to be a good movie because we need more of those!

I am a big fan of Star Trek and have been since the original TV series which I watched as a child, though I must say, I'm not quite at the trekkie level as I can't quote stuff or would probably not do well on serious trivia. That being said, having seen every generation of Star Trek, and they only got better and better, I must say, that it will be nice to see it brought into the 21st century where special effects are so much more elaborate now than even just 5 years ago. I am very much anxious for the new release. Live long and prosper.
