    Default 720p BRrips - Minimum bitrate or size for decent quality?

    Hi i'm hoping someone can help a newbie out here, i've just bought a WD Live and i'm wanting to download 720p rips for it but i'm confused with what filesize or bitrate I should be looking for. I've seen 720p rips varying in size from around 500mb sc0rp rips all the way up to 7-8gb from other numerous groups. So what filesize or bitrate would give me roughly DVD quality? Can a 500mb 720p rip look any good?

    Download quota is limited in my country and I can't just download multiple rips to check them out sadly.

    I would recommende you go for the 720p mkv files that are around 5-7gb. The files that are 720p and are actually labeled Brrips are pretty bad in quality and their bit rate is significantly lower. The bit rate should be around 5-6, something like that.
