Heart Fitness (Awesome app that tells you your heartbeat using the camera on iPhone 4/3GS)

Star Walk (Great app for anyone interested in astronomy)

Logitech Touch Mouse (use your iPhone as a touch pad)

Cydia Apps:
Winterboard (allows custom themes and graphical tweaks)
iFile (great little app)
Cylay (Great app in case you lose your phone)
Make it mine (edit the name of your cellular provider to what ever you want)
SB Settings (Must for every jailborken iPhone)
Icon Harvester (Great for viewing themes before applying them)
G Power Pro (App that adds additional options to the power off screen (respring and reboot in addition to power off) and also allows you to edit how you get to the power screen)
iSchedular (allows you to enable and disable feature at certain times on different days of the week)
WiFiFoFum (great app for searching and connecting to wifi hotspots)
Spring flash (allows you to use the flash on the iPhone as a torch. You can also chose how it is activated)
SBAdBlockToggle (allows you to block ads. Please note this is from the Modyouri.com Repo which you have to add)

Only got my iPhone a few months ago so I am still finding quite a few gems in Cydia

To fellow Cydia users make sure you are running the latest version of Cydia as the latest update has huge speed improvements especially for older models. mine would def be the tom tom i just went to see ufc and my gps in car was broke soooo that tom tom on my iphone really kicked butt. thank god for it.
