Well, i guess Belgium will join the ranks to!

We allready have unlocked iphone 3g's! Belgian law forbids 'couple sales' meaning you have to be able to use whatever provide you choose if you pick up a phone.

I have mine on pre order allready cant wait i hope i can jailbreak it soon after its released dont like paying for apps lol

Wow. Sending out unlocked phones seems crazy and awesome at the same time!!

In Portugal it will be sold locked, but a new law came out saing that every operator in Portugal is obligated by law to have a FREE service to unlock every cellphone :D:D.
Now I can buy my cellphone in New York this summer and unlock it for free ehhehe

Thats great McTomas that Portugal has laws like this to protect its citizens. I have heard of other countries doing the same. Definetly not here in the US.
