I own 5800XM, but if i'd be buying a phone again and i had to choose between these two, i'd pick N95. (yes, 5800 has touchscreen, but it's not so responsive as i wanted to be, and this phone is also got for music. But qualitywise the N95 is much better)

That depends on what you look for. If you aren't used to a touchscreen-only phone, then 5800 might not be the best option (but that doesn't mean one can't get used to it). But if you need a big screen, it's excellent.

I owned an n95 8gb and i have to tell you, its awesome. If the touch screen dosent matter that much(it isnt very good anyway), id certainly go for the n95.
