My first mobile phone was one of the Motorola bag phones that weighed a ton and was in a bag the size of a laptop bag and used a sealed lead-acid battery for the power supply.
My first one piece mobile phone that did not require a bag to carry it in was old Nokia phone. I cant remember the exact model but it was one of those candy bar style phones with the antenna that stuck out of the top about an inch and you could extend the wire out for another three or four inches.
My first mobile phone was a huge Motorola. No clock no SMS and had to be at least 10 inches long wish I could find a pic of it

These things are indestructible i still have mine somewhere.

nokia 7210, used about 6 years :D
nokia 3100. back then there were no smart phones available and that was one flashy phone. then the Nokia 6600 , th Panda we used to call it, came with symbian
I had a samsung phone that I got for fifty bucks, was nice, when I entered numbers it would shade out in a color you picked, now I just love my android so so very much. *hugs his android*
