go for sony ericsson walkman series especially w902 simple easy to carry and comes handy.if u want some proff stuff go for 5800 nokia

i bought me an iphone 2g (ok it's old):p
I have it for 2 years right now and still almost no scratches on the screen i just love it!
i paid about 300$ for it and i think you can pick one up on ebay for 225$ right now or so:D
The best phone i ever had, only downside is thad the 2g version has no GPS or 3G

Well, if we are looking for Multimedia phone with good access to internet Android OS is the solution.
Motorola and HTC are highly recommended.

On the other hand, if you are only E-mail and Sms person i would recommend BlackBerry 9700/9000. These are very successful phones.

I have just lost my Nokia...And i most want an Android.

But maybe an iphone looks greater

I would have to say it all depends on your carrier to know which phones are available through your network before I can even recommend a phone
