I've used MyP2P.eu quite a bit to find streams for NASCAR and Football (American) but I've never had much luck with those P2P-type programs for some reason. I usually end up using the links to Justin.tv or if I'm really lucky someone will stream to Veetle. I've seen some amazingly stellar streams, in terms of quality, from Veetle.

Yeah firstrowsports is good. If yu live in the U.S., ESPN3 is also free.

been using firstrowsports for mma streams but the quality is not ideal but watchable barely lol. I havent found a good stream site yet to convert from torrents to streams, i rather wait for the full download .I cant get sopcast to work on my mac. oh well
