I like this video, but the best and easiest way to choose a strong password is to use a password generator. There are tons of good sites on the net that will do this for u and the one i use when setting up users slots for seedbox's is :

Security Guide for Windows - Random Password Generator

I know you're using firefox aren't you? Just log in with the password and firefox will ask you to save it. Do this for as many sites as you like. Then go to tools, options, security and check use master password, one you won't forget. Just don't get this trojan

Here are a few things I like to do when creating a password.

    1. alpha-numerics
    2. camel-casing, or other upper/lower-case convention
    3. at least two words
    4. special characters

For example a password I might conjure up would be:

    ?L0v3#T0rr3nt5!

As you can see, this password uses the words "love" and "torrents" with any letters looking like numbers switched to their number counterparts. The words are also capitalized at the first letters. Then special characters are placed in between the words and at the ends. And voila! A secure password.

I know it seems like a lot at first, but if you keep this as your practice you'll get the hang of constructing solid passwords in no time!

Here is my version of creating strong password:
lets play on keybord like on piano

    sfd; vwqepork

and now we should type some numbers

    sfd92vwq0pork

    and make like this

    sFd92vWq0pOrk

    Yeap! its ready

i do the same thing, but adding some special characters, like >#&@{}<>_!(/)

so the pass would be something like this: sF!d&@92v$ßWq}~0p?Ork× if the specials are allowed

+try to make pass as long as posible, after you are done, just save it somewhere in your pc in txt file, so you dont forget

I use lastpass (LastPass - Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management).
It's a password management tool that enables to spot when i'm registering to a new website, generates a password according to the variables i want (small and caps - yes/no, numbers - yes/no, special characters - yes/no, password length) and saves all my sites and their password.
Each time I enter any website that lastpass has in my 'vault', it automatically logs me in.
That way, I don't have to remember any password for any of my site, only the password to lastpass (hence: Last Pass), because you can login to your lastpass account from anywhere.
