Okay I think I know what andreotto85 was about to say cause Im using the same thing. Its very useful for Users who cant get high speed internet like millions here in Germany.
The solution is called Mobile Broadband Internet and runs UMTS/HSDPA.
What you need is
1. an antenna (most of the time because of the bad signal)
2. a suitable antenna cable
3. a UMTS-router
4. your local network
I recommend some products that I use myself, they did a decent job so far.
Antenna
Cable
Router
Additionally you'll need a SIM card with a flat or prepaid.
Just connect the Antenna and the Router and set the antenna in a direction so that you get the best signal and highest bandwidth.
Then you get your high speed internet without DSL/Cable availability.
