I'm gonna go through all the piracy news sites I visit pretty often, and review each one.

this is by far my favorite piracy news site, it is usually the first site to get information that is then passed down to other bittorent blogs, and it also has some great extensive tracker reviews.
it includes not only tracker news but also some extra sections like

There tracker list indexes over 900 trackers and is soreted by tracker category. Overall this is a must have bookmarked news site for every pirate.

This is also one of my favorite file sharing news site beacuse it has all the information regarding, law suits and such in the file sharing world. additionally this site has a lot of the most famous bittorent tutorials used everywhere. whenever a new tutorial is posted, its a must read.
TorrentFreak also posts a list of all the most downloaded movies every week and each article of theirs is professionally written and genuinely fun to read.

The Piracy Times

This piracy news blog is very unique. Instead of the articles being written by staff they are written by users that submit them to the site, which can lead to a range of some very interesting and unique articles not found everywhere else.

So how does this work?

Well the user has to sign up and create an account, with all accounts set to automatically be “contributors”. With that user rank, they are able to make draft posts which are then approved by hand by the editors. Once approved the post will then be viewable on the page like any other post. The page views for each page are counted and at the end of each month the page views will be tallied up for each user and the profits shared amongst the Editors and Authors (30/70). With all the stats for the site being posted on the Bratva forum at the end of the month so everyone can have a good look at them.

arguably the most controversial blog in the bittorent world, On a soap box is a blog that mostly follows all the drama in the bittorent private tracker world. The author of the blog really isn't afraid to speak his mind. some find this disgraceful, I personally find this admiral. sometimes he posts bullshit and acts like an asshole, and some of his blog posts are nothing short of genius. He says what everybody's thinking but afraid to say, in fear of getting banned. whatever the case, I guarantee you every one of his posts is an interesting read.

I think it's because the "Thanks" button isn't available for us newbies yet mate. :001_smile:

Also, here's a suggestion. If you like Google, and use Google Reader, you can add all the RSS Feeds, like I do. And you can go the extra mile if your using Google Chrome. You could install the extension feedly (feedly: a magazine-like start page), and it will take all your RSS Feeds, and put it into a nice user interface. Hope this helped someone :P

Digg has some piracy news every so often as well... though it's usually the big stories that we've already heard about.
