Actually this can be applied to any university or college campus that offers students free SSH accounts. It is often times a good workaround because SSH traffic is hardly subject to QoS on University connections.
Yeah I was talking to my brother about SSH tunneling through his university except he said he doesn't want to take risks and may get banned.

Hmm I wish this tutorial can be put back up. I could really use it since I am going to rutgers next year. Let me know if anybody can help me out with this tunneling.
