Thread: How To Make A Registry File

Registry File is a file with extension (reg) it is the game or program info in ur Windows registry...
what's the use of them ? If ur windows crashes (it does all the time) and u have to format or reinstall a fresh copy of windows U'll SURE THINK TWICE ! coz of all the apps and games installed already , it's sad how u have to reinstall them , me , i just get bored and live with the situation : Fcukd up windows : the least that i care ! it would take centuries to install all that..!

the registry file is the solution to all this sh*t , all u have to do is make sure ur games installations r present , then u don't have to reinstall them again by applying the registry file

A registery file u makes windows think the game is already installed , so u don't have to work through the whole issue of installation and setup


How to reach the Registery Editor :

winxp : start > run > regedit



now choose hkey local machine user > software

this is where all info is kept




if u want to make a reg file for a software hen it is under it's company's name e.g. fifa is under EA sports





rt click on the game and choose export to wherever u want


open it to make sure it works

u don't have to reinstall anything after u format , just make sure u keep the installation of the game u want to apply reg to !:001_tongue:
