It seems like not terribly long ago, you'd have to post a speedtest and at least one ratioproof for an invite to IPT. In the past week or so, however, it looks like people have no choice but to give them away. It's not a big deal to lose IPT as there are many other good general trackers out there (and IPT itself has loads of content).
As much as I'd like invites to some trackers I don't currently have accounts on, I understand the need for exclusivity - in the case of most trackers,
