Thread: Do you read the Bible?

my fovoutire book is bible. who read the bible ? What are your favorite biblical stories?

bible has many mysterious stories, i'm interested in them :D, but i don't like the way they write it :D

I'm reading the Bible right now actually. I bought a brand new Bible from Amazon (its a beautiful, pale blue and leather bound young adult edition) and it tells you a good order to read the Bible in. I'm working my way through the Gospel of John, at the moment. Its a great read.

For those who have trouble with the style of writing, try the New International Version, or The Teen Study Bible. It makes it a lot easier to understand.

I have not been reading it as of late, however that will change shortly. I agree with JustJenna here on the New International Version which is my preferred translation.

I think everyone should read this at least once in their lives.

i think the bible is not literary book is life book. If the bible is true many people go to hell. i think that the bible is true because i love jesus.

The Bible is an interesting read. Do I consider it to be the inspired word of God? No. There are plenty of moral lessons to be obtained from it though.

but if is inspired word of God ? i think must be reading. for example : God after death is real, the bible was real. they can do then?
