Default Add Trackers To Firefox Search Bar

    1. Install this addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3682/

    2. After you restart, you then go to any tracker you would like to create a search bar for, and right click:

    Select "Add to Search Bar"

    3. A window pops up like this:

Then fill in a name and a keyword and image if you want. A keyword would make it so it you are in your address bar and type your keyword, then your search string it will do it straight from the URL Address Bar

    4. After that your pretty much set, just repeat the process for all your trackers for easy searching :D

Good one, I knew that. You can also do this just by right clicking on a search bar on any website and select Add a Keyword for this Search (if you want to search on imdb you can add "i") then when you want to search something you just type for ex: i Iron Man and it will search that movie on imdb.com

Nice tutorial bro.. I actually didn't know that!
I knew something about an online search-bar maker but not exactly interested in that.

I didn't know about this one. Gonna try it right now.
    Thanks for the info.

Edit: Yep it works like a charm.

Wow, I'm laughing at myself because I've been creating each firefox search-plugin from scratch, downloading the favicon.ico file and converting it to code to paste into each xml file. This simplies that entire process in one click! I'll still probably open up the resulting file, though, and modify it to tweak it even that much more.

I'll also add that I've made 77 of my own firefox search-plugins over the past 2 months, and it got to a point where there were too many, and I was constantly scrolling up and down to search specific sites. I guess that's what happens when you can add search-engines you wouldn't normally be able to; lol.

Ironically, the same person who made the "Add To Search Bar" plugin (Dr. Evil), also made the "Organize Search Engines" plugin so you can put each search-engine into categories. If you're like me and have way to many search-plugins for firefox, feel free to give this a spin. Enjoy: https://addons.mozilla.org/af/firefox/addon/4565/

I don' t really use Firefox often so I won't make use of this anytime soon. I just wanted to add a little side note to this thread. If any of you would have been using Opera, you would know and use this feature for years.
