Thread: Google Search New Interface.

Google is testing a new interface for its search engine which is not available to public yet.

Now it uses more blue in buttons and whole interface. Also the list sidebar has been changed a lot.



Following are 2 screenshots of this new interface:




If you want to try the new interface without waiting any more, you can use following method:

1. Open Google Search homepage - Google in your web browser.

2. Now paste following code in browser's addressbar and press Enter:

3. Now again open Google Search homepage and you'll see the new interface. Enjoy...

Didn't work for me - tried google.com and google.com.au

Just tested it and it doesn't seem to work for me either. I don't really see any function difference from the default way that Google works other than appearance and to be honest I would rather have buttons that are not blue.

To get it to work you have to take out the spaces in the code you put in the address bar because forums put spaces in it.

That's beacause of the spaces(u have to remove them),, as aturey said.
I found the new interface more useful and easier to search not because of the new interface but for the changes in the list sidebar.

That, what you just did was just plain idiotic The forum automatically puts spaces in there! You have spaces in yours to :P

Maybe be a bit more creative and disable BBCode or something like that...

There is no spaces in the last one I wrote.I have just used it in another browser and it is working.
Make sure before u post.
Also i am not an idiot if u are meaning that,, i just knew where are the spaces and hit enter.
