According to a few websites thats the current version (I just googled it though).
What you could do though is goto the motherboard manufactures website and have a look there for a bios flash file higher than that, they also should give you instructions on how to do it.
Be warned though if your power fails often its not advised, as if you part way though flashing the bios and the power cuts that'll be pretty much you motherboard gone
Only some mobo manufacturers have a program from within windows to update your bios and it is still not the recommended way to do it.
You will either need a 3.5 floppy drive or usb drive or blank cd with a cd drive to save you bios onto.
You will need to go to your mobo manufacturers website to get all the files you need and get in depth instructions on how to flash your bios, but for cd and floppy it's basically load you files on the media>reboot>enter bios>setup default>save & exit>boot from media and flash> profit.
Like i said it may be slightly different for your mobo so check the manufacturers site.
Usb is sometimes more complex as you need to make it bootable etc.
Is there any reason why you need to flash your bios? Typically motherboards don't need to be flashed unless there is any issue. Also, if you did not build your PC and instead purchased one (ie-HP, Asus, Gateway, etc), you can go the support section of their website and find if there is an updated firmware for your mobo on there (although flashing from inside the OS is highly discouraged). If you did build your PC, I believe most mobo companies provide their own bios utility software so dig that cd out if you can!

Were you looking on the Russian site? (I only ask as I checked your intro)
Download fill the details in there. There is a bios version dated 09/12/08
Just downloaded it and it is a windows install so could be very risky
Screeny just so you now where it is (had to do it in English so I knew exactly what it was but seems like its exactly the same in Russian if you want to go through that way)
