    Default TL Help! Please!

    I was invited to TL last month by one of our members. I login to my account regularly, so when I tried to login yesterday, I got a message that my account has been disabled. Now, I wanted to know the reason why my account has been disabled. So, I tried to go to the chat link present in the TL website. The problem is that, even though I login to chat, the channels list is not coming. It was given in "TL Wiki" that the users would be automatically logged into TLhelp channel, but I'm not able to see any channels. I'm just seeing an empty space next to the "internal" and "external" channels tab. I'm also getting disconnected after about a minute. The same thing happens when I try to enter chat through mirC client. I'm not able to see the channels list eventhough I enter the command "/join #tlhelp". And it gets disconnected very quickly. Please help me someone......

    Hi...please see the screenshots I placed below. Eventhough I enter into the chat, I'm unable to get any channels, even if I clicked on "Get Channels List". I also tried joining the channel #tlhelp but nothing is happening. Please help anyone, as it's already been 2 days.

    I'm not a member of TL but I read something like that in another thread in help section and it worked for the one that needed help try switching off you router/modem and wait for a few minutes then connect again if you have a dynamic ip and here is the link for the thread hope it helps:
