I was just wondering if you are transferring files from your home computer to your seedbox using FileZilla does that effect your torrent speed (rtorrent)?
Thanks

hi mate i think it is all in relation to you isp upload and download speed
The bandwidth you are using on your home connection will be the same bandwidth you are using on you seedbox. If you are downloading from your seedbox at 1MB/s then your seedbox will be uploading to you at 1MB/s and vice versa. Your home connection generally isnt enough to hurt your torrents speeds though since most seedboxes use 100mb or 1gb ports and your home service isn't enough to touch that.
