I have a problem in Torrent Leech.
I can not download files or send someone tell me if you can not use vps for the TL.
Or I have to configure utorrent somehow.

How do I Begin Downloading?

• First of all, visit the Browse section on the menu bar. This will show you the latest torrents the site has to offer. Bear in mind that new users have wait times of 48 hours depending on their ratio so you may consider choosing outside seeding as an option on how to get rid of those as quickly as possible.

Why do I get a "Access denied - Wait time in effect" error?

• From the time that each new torrent is uploaded to the tracker, there is a period of time that some users must wait before they can download it.
• This delay in downloading will only affect users with a low ratio, and users with low upload amounts.

Ratio is Belowand/or Upload BelowDelay of
0.50 4.0 GB 48 Hours
0.60 5.0 GB 32 Hours
0.70 6.0 GB 16 Hours
0.80 7.0 GB 8 Hours

• “And/or” means the most restrictive option. Your delay will be the largest one for which you meet at least one condition.

• This applies to new users as well, so opening a new account will not help. Note also that this works at tracker level, you will be able to grab the .torrent file itself at any time.

• The delay applies to leeching. However,if you wish to seed(aka upload)you can do so without wait time, given the fact that you have the 100% of the release! If you do NOT have 100% of the release then it wont seed for you with wait times in effect

Yes, I'd strongly recommend reading (and rereading) everything in the Help Section of TorrentLeech. It's a great place to be if you stick to the rules. If you have a few bucks to spare, I'd look into getting a seedbox. That'll help you get out of some of their restrictions quicker...and lots of other stuff too.
